Pulp Molding Molds
Pulp molding molds are the core technology carrier for environmentally friendly packaging production, made of high-strength alloys (such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel) or composite materials processed by high-precision CNC machining. The mold precisely shapes pulp fibers into various three-dimensional structures (such as food trays, electronic liners, industrial packaging) through a precision designed filter hole structure (pore size 0.15-0.3mm) and a vacuum adsorption system. Our molds have the following core advantages:
Efficient Dehydration: Optimizing Hole Layout to Improve Dehydration Efficiency by 20%+
Ultra long lifespan: surface hardening treatment, able to withstand over 500000 presses
Intelligent adaptation: compatible with dry/wet pressing processes, with a hot pressing setting temperature of up to 220 ℃
Quick mold change: Modular design enables 30 minute production line switching
The precision of the mold directly determines the surface smoothness (Ra ≤ 3.2 μ m) and dimensional error (± 0.15mm) of the product, and is a key factor in reducing customer production costs.
