Recently, the 2025 Dongguan Major Project Plan was announced. The Kaicheng Environmental Protection Packaging Products and Precision Die-Cutting Capacity Expansion Project, with an investment of 828 million yuan in Qiaotou Town, was honored to be selected into Dongguan's 2025 Major Construction Project Plan, injecting new vitality into regional economic development.

The project is located in Tianxin Community, Qiaotou Town, Dongguan, covering a total land area of 45,773 square meters and a construction area of approximately 160,000 square meters, with a grand scale.Focusing on new material development, the project also includes the production of packaging products and precision die-cut functional parts. It keeps up with cutting-edge market trends and strives to build a diversified and high-tech product system.

In terms of production equipment, the project is equipped with a series of advanced equipment such as pulping systems, pulp suction machines, molding machines, printing machines, box gluing machines, and die-cutting machines, providing solid support for efficient and high-quality production.In the production process, packaging products adopt sophisticated technologies including pulping, molding, edge trimming, pre-press, printing, surface treatment, corrugated lamination, and die-cutting; precision die-cut parts use slitting, printing, die-cutting and other processes to ensure superior product quality.

After the project is put into production, the production capacity will be quite impressive. The expected annual designed capacity is about 6.5 billion environmentally friendly paper-plastic products, 3.6 billion printing and packaging products, and 35 billion precision die-cut functional parts.In addition to the outstanding production capacity, the economic benefits are also very remarkable. The expected annual output value can reach 1.3 billion yuan, with an annual tax of 60 million yuan, which will make important contributions to local finance and economic development.

02、CSSC Pengli Paper-based Packaging Project

On August 27, the centralized signing, groundbreaking, completion and commissioning activity of major projects for the 2025 industrial construction "General Offensive" in Heyuan City was held in the Industrial Park of Yuancheng District, Heyuan City.The CSSC Pengli Project settled in Heyuan National High-tech Zone has a total investment of about 600 million yuan. After full production, the expected annual output value will reach 1 billion yuan, with an annual tax of more than 30 million yuan.

As a representative enterprise for this signing, CSSC Pengli (Nanjing) Molding Technology Co., Ltd. is a member unit of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Heavy Industry Group, one of China's top ten military industrial groups. It mainly produces straws, paper-plastic cups, plastic cups, cup lids, disposable catering packaging, green environmental protection consumables, creative gifts, etc.

It also expands into products such as bio-based materials, biodegradable materials and products, functional new materials (stiffening, toughening, antibacterial, antifreeze), and color-changing new materials."This project is a key step in our layout in South China and improving the national industrial layout," said Tian Chun, deputy general manager of CSSC Pengli (Nanjing) Molding Technology Co., Ltd. at the event. The project takes green and low-carbon technology as the core driving force, focusing on the R&D and production of environmentally friendly new materials.

03、Inner Mongolia Reed Paper-plastic Project

Relying on abundant reed resources and policy support, Qingshuihe County, Inner Mongolia officially launched the reed straw pulp molding project invested and constructed by Mengneng Environmental Protection Technology in 2024. The first phase of the project is planned to start trial production in July 2025, aiming to build a pulp molding tableware production base with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons, and promote the implementation of regional circular economy and "dual carbon" goals.

Taking reed straw as the core raw material, the project realizes the high-value utilization of agricultural waste through pulp molding technology.As a key project of green manufacturing in Inner Mongolia, the investment in the first phase of the project includes production lines for biodegradable packaging products and eco-friendly plates, among which reed straw molding tableware accounts for more than 60%.After the project reaches full production, it is expected to consume 8,000 tons of reed straw annually, drive more than 200 farmer households to increase their income, and create more than 10 million yuan in tax revenue for the local area.The government of Qingshuihe County coordinates and solves land and employment problems through the "one enterprise, one policy" service mechanism to ensure the project progresses as scheduled.
