Representatives from Canadian environmental giants visited and discussed strategic cooperation for pulp molding projects in North America

Feb 25,2026

Against the backdrop of the accelerated upgrading of the global environmental packaging industry and the deep adjustment of the international trade pattern, on February X, representatives of well-known Canadian environmental protection enterprises visited our production base for a one-day in-depth inspection and technical exchange. Both sides have reached a high degree of consensus on the strategic path of shifting from import dependence to local manufacturing.

Factory inspection hits: Strength is the best endorsement

  Accompanied by our executives and technical team, the client visited the company's intelligent production workshop, research and development center, and mold processing center on site. The focus of the inspection covered key aspects of the 6TPD fully automatic tableware production line and egg tray factory solution previously discussed online by both parties, including:
     Intelligent System Display: Detailed understanding of how the DCS central control system achieves real-time monitoring and data traceability of the entire plant area (pulping, molding, drying), laying the foundation for digital management of Canadian factories in the future;
     Discussion on whole plant planning: In response to the customer's concerns about the compatibility of Canadian local raw materials (such as BCTMP slurry), the technical teams of both parties conducted preliminary debugging and demonstration of process parameters on site.
     After visiting, the customer said, "Seeing a production line with the same configuration running efficiently is more convincing than any parameter table. You not only have the resources, but also the ability to convert them into reliable solutions

Strategic Talks: Consensus on the Transformation from "Importer" to "Local Manufacturer"

      In the subsequent closed door meeting, both parties focused on analyzing the current policy window period in the North American market.
      In the short term, regardless of the initial ruling on tax rates by CBSA on February 27th, the cost structure of imported finished products will face reshaping;
      In the long run, establishing localized production capacity in Canada is an inevitable choice to achieve supply chain security, gain local manufacturer premiums, and quickly respond to North American market demand.
      Based on this, our company has submitted a phased cooperation roadmap to the client, covering the entire process planning from MOU signing, financing technical support, raw material testing to final equipment delivery.

【Future Prospects】

       This visit is not only a successful factory inspection, but also marks the official entry of the cooperation between the two parties from the stage of "intention exploration" to the stage of "plan implementation". As a benchmark enterprise in the field of intelligent manufacturing in China, our company will rely on our own technological accumulation in the field of pulp molding equipment to fully assist customers in building environmentally friendly packaging production bases with market competitiveness in Canada.
       In the wave of global supply chain restructuring, our company will continue to uphold the concept of "innovation driven, green manufacturing" and work with global partners to build a sustainable future.
