1、Henan 9000 tons of pulp molding project

The 9,000-ton pulp molding project built by Sunflower Environmental Protection Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into operation. According to Wang Jiaping, general manager of Sunflower Environmental Protection Technology (Henan) Co., LTD., 16 sets of fully automatic pulp molding production lines in the first phase of the project have been put into production.
The second phase of 16 sets of automatic pulp molding production lines will be put into operation after commissioning in 2025. After reaching the production capacity, it can produce 9000 tons of pulp molding products annually, reduce carbon emissions by 50,000 tons and achieve an annual output value of 200 million yuan.

2、Sichuan Xingwen 400 million yuan pulp molding project

Jinsheng Environmental Protection invested in the construction of an annual output of 40,000 tons of environmental protection pulp molding products project in Xingwen County Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province. The total investment of the project is 400 million yuan, and it is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project is about 197.2626 million yuan, and the plant fiber molding products production line with an annual output of 17,000 tons will be built. The project is planned to complete the production within 4 years.

The total land used by the project is about 100 mu. After completion of the project, it is expected to achieve sales revenue of 560 million yuan and profit of 98.77 million yuan. Among them, after the completion of the first phase, it will achieve sales revenue of 238 million yuan and profit of 27.84 million yuan.

Sichuan bamboo pulp resources account for more than 70% of the national total, and Xingwen County is located in the center of the bamboo resource region, which can form a cost advantage for Jinsheng environmental protection products in raw material supply.

3、500 million paper pulp molding project settled in Yichang, Hubei province

Wufeng National Industrial Park of Yichang City, Hubei province and Lufu Environmental Protection Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. signed a contract for environmental protection pulp molding project.

The project plans to invest a total of 500 million yuan, with 200 million yuan allocated to the first phase and 300 million yuan to the second phase. The project will primarily construct three production lines for environmentally friendly and biodegradable pulp molding. Once the first phase is completed and operational, it is expected to generate an output value of 100 million yuan and contribute over 5 million yuan in tax revenue. The second phase is projected to achieve an output value of 200 million yuan and contribute over 10 million yuan in tax revenue.
