After it is put into production, the annual production capacity will reach 8,000 tons, accurately meeting the current market's urgent demand for environmental-friendly and sustainable packaging materials.

2、Chongqing Ruizhu Bamboo Pulp Molding Production Line

Chongqing Ruizhu Plant Fiber Products Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Zhongxian County, Chongqing, where the warm winter and early spring climate provides unique conditions for bamboo growth. The pulp molding tableware made from bamboo by Chongqing Ruizhu is naturally degradable. With this green advantage, nearly 400 million sets of pulp molding tableware are exported globally every year.

The domestic market has different demands from the European and American markets. The domestic production lines mostly produce bowls of different shapes, while the European and American lines are mostly buffet plates and hamburger boxes. To meet the needs of the international market, Chongqing Ruizhu is actively developing new tableware molds, while launching 12 new production lines, and another 16 production lines are under intense construction. It is expected that after being put into production, it can fully meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets.

3、Zongxi Environmental Protection Sugarcane Bagasse Project

Based on the concept of green sustainable development, Zongxi Environmental Protection Technology (Guangxi) Co., Ltd. relies on the industrial advantage of Chongzuo City, Guangxi as the "Sugar Capital of China", makes full use of the local rich sugarcane bagasse resources, and invests in the construction of the "50,000 Tons Annual Output Sugarcane Bagasse Completely Degradable and Recyclable Environmental Protection Packaging Material Products Project".

The project is located in Jiangzhou District, Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is committed to building an environmental protection packaging material production base integrating research and development, production, and sales. The total construction area of the project is about 100,000 square meters, covering raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, production workshops, training centers (canteens), research and development centers, office buildings, living supporting facilities, as well as gatehouses, power distribution rooms, heating control centers, etc., forming a fully functional modern industrial park.

In terms of equipment configuration, the project plans to purchase and install 60 production lines, a total of 300 5G intelligent devices, covering slurry production systems, slurry transportation circulation systems, water supply and water separation recovery and reuse systems, as well as core equipment such as pulp molding automatic molding machines, edge trimming machines, and ultraviolet disinfection production lines, to ensure the efficiency and environmental protection of the production process.

Since the project's preparation, it has received high attention and support from the government of Jiangzhou District, Chongzuo City. The leaders of the district committee have hosted many project promotion meetings, coordinated and solved the difficulties and problems encountered in the construction process, and promoted the early implementation of the project. Peng Peigao, the legal representative, leads the team to deepen the industry and is committed to promoting the high-value utilization of agricultural waste such as sugarcane bagasse through technological innovation. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of pulp molding products.
