The production process of pulp molding dry pressing

Pulp molding is a three-dimensional paper making technology developed on the basis of paper and paperboard production processes. It is produced from fiber pulp or waste paper products of herbaceous plants such as reeds, bagasse, wheat straw, bamboo, etc. The production process of pulp molding should include processes such as crushing and pulping, pulp sizing, pulp mixing, paper mold forming, extrusion dewatering, paper mold drying, hot pressing and trimming. The main process of pulp molding dry pressing production process is shown in the figure;
